We are a broker/referral service for independent care providers.  We are not a  provider of any home care and are not a licensed home-and-community-based service provider, as defined in La. Stat. Ann. §40:2120.2.  We do not supervise, manage, or monitor the independent care providers we refer to clients.  

Our referral services are designed to assist those consumers who choose to self-manage their own care arrangement by helping them identify pre-vetted independent care providers. We make no representations or guarantees concerning the services they provide.
